Proof of the cannon coupleWhere's the proof?
Hmmm... where should I start? Despite how short the movie is, there are few, but detailed hints that the two are involved in a relationship.  I'll be fair and add any possible opposing opinions.

If you watch no other part, watch the part where all three, Torga, Manba, and Susha are about to attack Goku Jr. (Figure 1).  This is the major part!  Look at Figure 2. Welcome to the Torga/Manba Shrine! Dedicated to the "hidden" CANNON couple. Details to this finding will be posted under deviations along with actual pictures and scripts from the movie "DBGT: The Legacy of Goku". Of course, I do understand that not everyone is familiar with these characters and if I restrict the club to romance alone, I may not got many (if any) fanwork, so I'm allowing not just Torga and Manba romantic fanfic/fanart, but just general Manba, Torga, AND Susha work (although, Manba/Torga romance will be the main theme).

What does Cannon mean?

Cannon means that a character or character relationship has been created by an official company where as, non-cannon means it is fan-created (Original Characters (OCs), Unofficial Cannon/Cannon, and Cannon/OC relationships). In other words a cannon couple is a real couple from a show and a cannon character is a real character from a show.

Manba and Torga are Cannon Lovers!

Either they are an actual couple or they are at least somewhat infatuated with each other. Either way, they are both involved in some sort of relationship!
